Covid-19 put a big question mark in our minds as to what was to be down the road. We are 3-1/2 months since the lock down and as the June report shows, the market volume is right in line with June 2019 (-1.4%). Listing levels have returned to, and even surpassed, last years by 2.1%.
Prices meanwhile are up 11.9% and Listing Days on the Market (LDOM) show a decrease or 14.2%. The turnover averages of only 18 days is reflective of the many multiple offer situations we see.
